Join cause for her brighter future with early childhood education!

At GenWell Foundation, our goal is to bring science to everyday life—transforming research results into practical solutions that support well-being for all. With a focus on disadvantaged communities and social groups, we strive to empower every individual to lead a healthier, happier and more meaningful life.”

Founded in 2020 at Silicon Valley as a 501(c)(3) organization, GenWell Foundation has been working with diverse communities, governments and local partners to provide education facilities, resources, and services to help children in poor and disadvantaged communities to get better early childhood education and parenting in China, US and Uganda.
With science-backed knowledge, evidence based practice and creative approaches, we aim at making lasting positive impacts to the communities and individuals through community based projects in collaboration with academics, businesses, community partners and government leaders at all levels.

Early Childhood Education Project in Rural China
Our initiatives began with an early childhood education library project in remote rural areas of Yunnan province, China. By providing a staffed space with age appropriate books and toys and activities for 0-3 year old children in remote villages, we aim at breaking the poverty cycle and give the rural children a life changing education experience at the critical brain development age for a brighter future and greater life achievements. With the support of local government and your support, we will steadily expand the model to cover more villages in more rural areas.

Work Place Well-being Trainings
We organize well-being seminars, trainings and conferences for silicon valley Chinese engineer and employees to improve work place well-being and mental health. As pioneer organization in improving work place well-being at SC, we collaborate with Stanford University to conduct surveys to better understand the current situation and the needs of Chinese workers and provide evidence-based supports to our community.

Supporting orphaned children in Uganda
In collaboration with Hands for an African Child, a non-profit organization based in California who is dedicated to building new communities to help the orphaned children to live in a family with adoption parents in Uganda, we supported the building of the GenWell Community Center which hosts community activities and a library for the children and their adoption parents.
